The Post-Secondary Employers' Association (PSEA) is the employer bargaining agent for British Columbia’s public colleges, special-purpose teaching universities, and institutes. Through collective bargaining and collaboration, PSEA supports labour stability and strengthens BC’s post-secondary education system.
