In collaboration with the Justice Institute of BC, PSEA is pleased to offer this new course that puts emphasis on the way we think about Leadership and the assumptions we attach to it. Through self-reflection, leadership assessments, interactive discussions and a variety of online activities, participants will explore personal values, leadership styles, cognitive bias and the impact of diverse perspectives - including those from Indigenous teachings. They will develop practical leadership strategies that emphasize inclusion, emotional intelligence, and EDI awareness. Designed as a reflective and interactive experience, this course empowers participants to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
